This is your cozy place on the internet, a sanctuary for those of us on a healing path, who are ready to honor our unique needs in a way that is mindful, intuitive, natural and wholistic.
We’re a community of women, and those who identify as female, who are seeking connection, healing, supportive action steps…and ready to embrace our true Selves to do it!
If you’ve been traveling the healing path for any considerable amount of time, you’ve probably spent an enormous amount of time, energy and money “trying to get back to who you were before”.
Maybe you’re struggling to find answers and solutions. Maybe even feeling like you’re beating your head against a wall, getting medically gas-lit in the process, as you’re slowly going broke seeking those answers.
But there comes a point on every persons healing path, when we begin to realize that our health, our happiness and our lives are in our own hands…
What we think, what we say and what we do matters
We CAN trust our intuition
We CAN be our own best friend through this healing journey
And we realize that if we truly want to heal, we need to know exactly what HEALING actually means for us personally.
When we know what we believe our healing truly looks like, how we feel about moving forwards while living with a chronic condition or invisible disability, we begin to clear the cobwebs with an intention and action steps that are more nurturing, nourishing and empowering than what we are doing now.
The truth is we live with a different ability.
The world needs to do more to be inclusive and make accommodations for those of us who live with a disability no mater if it’s visible or not obvious to others (invisible). Because the world at large, assumes that everyone is all the same. BUT WE ARE NOT.
We are diverse, multidimensional beings with varying abilities and talents, and we deserve a higher quality of life. A life that fits our unique needs, our unique talents and our unique abilities.
That begins with ourselves. After all, we teach others how to treat us, and if we’re our own worst enemy on this healing journey, than that’s where we need to begin!
We begin with mindfully & Intuitively cultivating a Compassionate, Appreciative, Respectful and Encouraging relationship with the one person who is with us our entire lives… our Selves. That part of each of us that is infinite, connected to the highest vibrations of unconditional love and truly wants the best for us always.
Because after a life-changing diagnosis, no matter what it is, the way you live your life is never quite the same. And few people, unless you live it too, truly understand that.
Here, I offer you a safe space to be vulnerable.
A safe space to connect and engage, to get inspired by people who live with a chronic condition/ invisible disability and discovered what works best for them.
A safe space to learn how to trust the guidance of your own inner wisdom, so you can thrive in your own unique way.
As we travel this healing journey, we need a sanctuary where we can set our masks aside, be genuine, and begin to live in the way that aligns with our unique needs and values. Instead of in a way that we’re told we should, from people who don’t really know us as an individual.
Who Is Mindful Dina Joy?
I’m a highly sensitive, introverted, neurodivergent woman (wife & mother), living with the effects of severe PTSD, double-digit concussions (traumatic brain injuries), and psychogenic non-epileptic seizures.
I also happen to have a doctorate in natural health, certified as a mindfulness & meditation teacher, a certified as a mindful eco-therapy guide and I’m a certified yoga teacher.
